To be frankly it is mandatory to mention your name and date on the passport photo and this wont be the reason if your application is rejected. You can't change the uploaded passport photo or signature until you receive a notification to do so. So we would suggest you to wait until you receive any notification to change the photo. And if you do not receive any notification, consider your application is good.
