In your first year,you can give NDA exam with your +2 board exam qualificaion.actually, you cannot give most of the competitive or engineering exams in your 1st year.but you can prepare for those exams.please refer the following links to know all the engineering exams in india,click on that exams to get all details of that particular exam:
