Defects as in ? Please make your statement clear.
If you are facing any issue while submitting or at any phase of form submission then visit the help desk and get support.
If you have submitted wrong information or something is missing out from the form then do visit the help desk and ask them to guide you to solve the issue.
Your application will get rejected if you don't take care of it. For any doubt , ask at helpdesk they will clear it with correct details and steps.
