For MSc it covers mostly from the graduation. So just prepare mostly those only. You haven't mentioned about any college so that i can say to follow those.

Basically just collect the graduation syllabus of the college you want to give and study those and prepare accordingly for the entrance test.

for BHU Msc exam pattern:-

Part A:- It asks question from physics,chemistry,biology,mathematics from 10th to upto graduation. question can be from any class.(MCQ)

Part B:- Physics,Maths,Biology,BioChemistry,Microbiology,genetics and molecular Biology.

there is negative marking in both the sections.
