TS Eamcet 2020 result will be declared on september 25 ,You can check your results by using TS Eamcet official website.Ap Eamcet results not given exact date of releasing it will be declared on  oct,2020.You can check your results by entering into official website and by registration number and Date of birth(it is latest and updated news).

TS EAMCET exam was held on 9,10,11,14 September 2020 for engineering and will be held on September 28 & 29, 2020 for Agriculture. The results will be announced soon. The expected date is 25 September or after.

AP EAMCET exam are being held on 17, 18, 21, 22 & 23 September 2020 for Engineering and September 23, 24 & 25, 2020 for Agriculture.The expected date is first week of October.

I would say just wait for sometime they will let you know about the results.
