The following are the steps for applying TC in any college/university.

The college will first ask you to get a No-dues certificate. So go to your college office and get that form first. You will have to get no dues stamp or signature from: all departments in college, library, labs, sports complex etc, (may vary for every college).

After submitting the no dues form in your college office make sure to collect all your documents that were given during the admission (school TC, Marksheet etc.,).

That is pretty much the whole process after which you will be given your Transfer Certificate.
