Why you are searching for private colleges when you are eligible to get admission in government colleges under 85% state quota. According to your marks and last year cut offs i can see you can get some government colleges. Since you have not mentioned your category i am answering it for UR as they  generally require more marks than other category .

     I'm here to help you regarding your query and sorry to say that you wont be able to get a seat in government Colleges for the above mentioned marks. So, its better to join in a private medical colleges in Karnataka .

But when the budget is between 6-7 lakh, there are no such colleges which provide seat in this budget range. The better one among all and budget friendly college in Karnataka for medical is Kempegowda institute of medical sciences and do refer the college and visit if possible.
