Hello Roshan. The whole idea of Mba is to bring people across various fields together, in order to groom and prepare you for the industry. The classes are discussion based rather than a classroom system. So, by opting to just write exam and getting a mba degree will be a waste of money.

MBA colleges do not provide regular degrees without regularly attending the college. Every college has its attendence policy according to the Norms of UGC and AICTE.

You can do MBA through distance learning, if you don't want to attend college regularly. There are a lot of good universities which provide distance MBA.
