No, Andhra Pradesh student cannot participate in Telangana state counselling of NEET. To get seat in government medical colleges of Telangana AP students need to apply through 15% All India Quota. Candidate having Telangana domicile can only apply for 85% Telangana state level counselling. Through 85% state quota Telangana candidate can take admission in government and private colleges of Telangana.

To get Telangana Domicile certificate you must follows following eligibility criteria:

1.Candidate must be a resident of Telangana

2,.Women not formerly belonging to the state but married to a permanent resident of the state.
