Yes, a bachelor in hotel management can give cds exam.However, for navy engineering is mandatory and for airforce academy its mandatory to pass class 12 with Physics Chemistry and mathematics. The candidates will be provided admission to INA, IMA, Air Force Academy, and Officers Training Academy through Written Examination, Personality Test and Interview.

According to the eligibility criteria:

Educational qualification-Graduation in any disciple form recognised university

Indian Military Academy Bachelor's Degree- (BA,B.Com,B.Sc,BBA,BCA,B.Techetc.) from a recognised University or equivalent institute.

Indian Naval Academy- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/ College.

Air Force Academy- Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor degree in engineering.

OTA (Men) Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute.

OTA (Women - Non-Technical) Bachelor's Degree from a recognised University or equivalent institute.

There are different eligibility criteria and once you fulfill all all those criteria it is possible for you to give cds exam.

Hope you are doing good. I think you can give the exam for CDS as the eligible criteria is the graduation degree as bachelor in hotel management is a bachelor degree course with graduation . The eligibility criteria is Graduation from a recognized university for Indian Military Academy (IMA) and Officers’ Training Academy (OTA) .

The union public service commision mentioned the combined defence services eligibility criteria in the official CDS 1 2022 notification released on  December 22,2021.
