can bhms admitted first year student who have pass or failed can give next year neet exam

Hey Muid,
It doesn't matter that you are admitted in any course (BHMS) , you failed or passed in that, the only thing that matters for giving NEET exam is that you should be able to fulfill the eligibility criterias set up by NTA (National testing Agency).
The eligibility criterias for giving NEET(National Eligibility cum Entrance Test) 2020 are :
  • Candidate should have minimum 17 years of age.
  • There is no upper age limit for this exam
  • Candidate must have passed 12th examinations with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects
  • Candidate must have scored minimum 50% marks (45% for PH and 40% for reserved category candidates)
