Hi,
Here is the eligibility criteria

If a period offive yearshas notelapsed since yourfirst appointmentto a service of the Central or StateGovernment (In respect ofOthers )

No such restrictions for the applicantsbelonging to SC or ST or MBC/DC orBC (Other than BCM)or BC (M).

Non Service PG candidates / PG Degree / Diploma candidates who are already working in Tamil Nadu Medical Service (as per conditions stipulated in PG admission), and are willing for regular absorption in Tamil Nadu Medical Service can apply to MRB when notification for Special Qualifying Examination is issued.
