It's difficult for you to convince private medical colleges for decreasing your annual fee. You will just have to pay whatever amount they have in their curriculum. You can ask them for payments via installments. But it depends entirely on the management of the college if they will consider or not. You can apply for government schemes on your scores to avail some money. Kindly check the state government of your residence if they offer some financial aid to you while you pursue your degree.

Unfortunately, the fee for any course like MBBS or BDS is fixed. In fact many colleges increment their fees on a yearly basis. Even though the fee structure is highly regulated by the state and central government alike, the fees in private colleges if s much more than what a candidate pays for a government seat. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it except if you belong to EWS category or apply for a scholarship.
