Hope you are doing great. With regard to your question, you are not eligible for the NIPER exam.

NIPER JEE exam is for the graduate students. The students who graduated in their B Pharmacy degree from any recognized university. So, you need to complete your 12th then, later you should finish your B pharmacy and then you will be eligible for the exam.
