Yes, you will be eligible to write JEE MAINS AND JEE ADVANCED only if you write compartment and secure passing marks and then write improvement for all subjects.

the eligibility criteria for appearing in the jee mains exam is the passing marks in all subjects in class12th no matter if you have cleared it in your compartment papers
