Hello,

Yes definitely electronics and communication engineer have jobs in ISRO. They have a quite a bit amount of jobs in ISRO. 

You can apply for jobs in ISRO by clearing the ISRO written test which is mostly like GATE. It has 80 questions. 

The feild are communication systems, digital circuits, network theory, network systems, analog electronic circuits, etc.
