I hope you are doing well. Yes, EWS certificate can taken from correspondence address.

The documents required are:

1. Identity Proof
2. Domicile Certificate,
3. Aadhaar Card
4. Self Declaration
5. Photo of Passport Size
6. Certificates of property/ land , etc are needed.

The validity of the certificate is 1year.

For applying for EWS certificate the applicant's annual family income must be less than 8 lakhs per annum.
