Sorry to say you but as per my knowledge you can get reservation quota for only one category is there it is EWS catagory or it is for PWD category. For PWD category there is lots of reservation in government medical colleges. If you have disability more than 40 % you are eligible for PWD quota .

Another one thing I also want to ask you you that nothing is easier. You have to study hard also so although you are a PWD student. You have to get minimum 400+ marks to get a good Government Medical College. You can go to this link below to know more about reservation in NEET
