I hope you are doing well, As you mentioned you got 94 percentile in JEE. Since you did not mentioned under which category you fall then i am assuming that you belong to Open General category. so with this percentile you cannot get admission in NIT colleges. But if you belong to some other categories then you can definitely go for the counselling.
