Can Google hires Backlogers I have Year back in BTech how can I get job in Google? Mtech CSE at IITs is can help ?after year back in btech?

Yes you will face problem google and many silicon valley caompanies hired the candidates with overall excellence carrer and a year back can strike a blow to your carrer because google as a company has its own policy and terms according to me you will face issue even you are in a iit.

You will not face any problem once your backlogs get cleared. And doing M.Tech from any IIT is a positive point. Google mostly appoints scholars. You need to apply there. For having MNC you need to have good marks in your M.Tech and will have to move with determination will have to focus on your studies will have to collect skills as much as you can.
