Yes Hindi mediums students can apply for B.Sc Nursing and there is no disadvantage on that basis. However, nursing profession would involve you to communicate and learn in English too. You can surely learn in the process. You need to decide whether you will be comfortable in it. The medium of teaching is also English in majority of the colleges, hope that won't be a problem.
