Dear Hima,

As per the information bulletin of NEET released by CBSE earlier this year, it was specified that the name of the candidate must be written in a way same as given in the Aadhar Card. Besides that, students were suggested to write details as per their Aadhar Card and HSC certificates. So, given that your name has 'P' as an initial in all the certificates, i.e. of SSC and HSC and then that of Aadhar as well, writing your name with an initial P in-fact becomes necessary.

I hope its clear.
