Yes of course you can appear for class 12th again many students do this when they're not satisfied with their result or due to some other reasons. But you can't directly take admission in class 12th you need to take admission in class 11th is you want to do it from any school otherwise you can enrolled into NIOS. Else you cab simply apply for improvement if you want to increase your marks.
