Although you are appearing for improvement exam in 2020 but your class 12th passing year is still the same i.e 2019 , improvement exam is just to provide you an opportunity to improve your percentage , but your passing year remains the same, so you  are  not eligible for physics olympiad, this is because you have already passed your class 12th in the year 2019 and as per eligibility criteria class 12th passed students are not eligible.
