Yes you cant surely apply for neet. You will have to give much more time for neet if you want to clear it off. It's good to have both, but to excel in neet your BSC Mark's might get sacrificed. It's much easy to clear BSC by referring last year papers etc...

Concentrate on neet more try to invest more in neet syllabus if you surely want to clear it. At times BSC courses can be exhaustive too, with practical and journal + long lectures. If you think you can handle both ie. Bsc and neet preparation go for it otherwise take a gap and complete 1 after another.
