With your specialisation in Mathematics, you can write this test for an admission into MCA and MBA. The eligibility criteria for MCA is that you should have graduation or equivalent degree with mathematics subject at 12th or graduation level. For MBA, any Bachelor's degree will do. In short, yes, you can write the exam.
