Yes, you can apply for fee waiver if your family annual income is less then 3 lakhs.
While applying for the Fee waiver you must be ready with your income certificate of current year.
In Some colleges Fee waiver is written as EBC( Economically backward class)
TFWS(Tuition Fees Waiver Scheme)
EWS( Economically weaker Section)
