Eligibility criteria for EMPI are:

• Atleast 50% in the graduation
• 50+ percentile in one of the MBA exam (CAT/XAT/MAT/ATMA) Or 175+ marks in CMAT

Admission Process

Register and Apply: Interested candidates can apply online/ offline with the required information.

Personality Assessment and Profiling: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Personality Assessment and Profiling Exercise based on scores/ percentiles obtained in CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA.
Personality Assessment and Profiling Exercise includes psychological testing, group discussion and personal interview.

Final Selection: Candidates are selected based on CAT/ MAT/ CMAT/ XAT/ ATMA score/ percentile, academic achievements, work experience, performance in personality assessment and profiling exercise.
