Hope you are doing great there . You will be glad to know that yes you can given the third attempt of jee mains without appearing in the first and second attempt . There is no such compulsion for a candidate to give all the four attempts . It's all upon the candidate

JEE mains open their application portal after declaring result of previous session and also it opens the application portal in December or January, in which you can apply for any session you want. So you can easily apply for any session you want.
