Sorry to say but your percentile is not good enough. You need to have a good percentile to take admission in any government college.

I would recommend you to give the April exam and work harder this time to increase your percentile, to get your desired government college.

According to me you should try in some state government colleges where you will get  preference of your caste and Domicile.

From Other point of view you should give 2nd attempt of JEE mains in april. You know that best of 2 will be taken . So if you get good percentile in 2nd attempt than I hope you will qualified for NIT and some government colleges.
