Mop Up Round is probaby last step of NEET admission counselling process. It is actually the process in which the seats which remains vacant after 1st and 2nd counselling rounds are filled.

Eligible candidates have to submit fresh choices and result will be processed as per choice and merit.

Basically,this round is conducted to fill up the seats left vacant in Central and Deemed Universities only. Even if you dont have domicile, you can take part in counseling through aiq seats. Hello dear student, 

Mop up round is under state quota only and I hope you know that.  So you can only apply for mop up round in the state of your Domicile and not in any other state because if you want seat in other part of India then you will get one but under all India quota so you are not eligible to apply for the mop up round in other states. I hope you understand this ..
