Yes,  you can do B.sc Agriculture with PCM subjects in your 12th standard. As per ICAR guidelines either PCB or pcm students will be eligible to get admission for agriculture. They have to secure minimum 60% marks in 12th standard. But B. Tech agriculture will be convenient for pcm student. Anyhow, if you enjoy biology, the do your best.

The minimum eligibility for Bsc in Agriculture is 50% aggregate in 12th with Science stream, including physics, chemistry and biology or mathematics. So, yes, you can apply for BSc in Agriculture, even if you have maths in 12th.

You can apply to ICAR, an entrance exam conducted for admission in bachelor's degree in agriculture.
