Yes you can apply for Btech and Bsc courses in various universities of India.

There are various entrance exams which are going to held  in this month and in July, August for admissions into various colleges into various courses of india.

See, as cbse class 12th boards are completed  so you can easily apply for colleges.  Also, direct entries are also possible in colleges but for that you must hold good marks in your class 12th.
