Yes, you can definitely apply for MHT CET. If you qualify you will be given provisional admission by any institute in Maharashtra after an undertaking that you will qualify the next supplementary exam held. If you fail to qualify the supplementary examination also then your admission will be canceled

without any fee being refunded.
