Hello Siddhartha,

Yes, you can apply for GATE exam if you have completed your BTech after diploma in electrical engineering. There is no age limit for the GATE exam and for more additional information you can click on this link:-

Yeah Though we are eligible. What about the syllabus?
Because we directly enter into second year as we don't study 1st year(engineering maths). We didn't read 11th and 12th and 1st year in b.e! So how tough is gate for us?
