Hello,
As your course is a 3 years undergraduate course, you are not eligible for GATE exam after your Bsc Honours.
Students who are In the final year of their 4 years Bsc Research or BS course (Post Diploma/4 years after 10+2) are eligible for GATE exam.

You can go for MSc course from the IIts after your Bsc Maths Honour by appearing for IIT JAM exam. Please visit this link for more details about IIT JAM
It is a national-level science entrance exam that is conducted on a rotational basis by the participating IITs and IISc. IIT JAM is the means through which candidates can secure admission in MSc and other post-bachelor courses offered at IITs and integrated PhD courses offered at IISc Bangalore.
