Any candidate who follows the criteria mentioned for IAS examination is eligible -

The educational qualifications is to be a graduate from any discipline. D.Pharma is a undergraduate degree so you can apply for it.

You must be the citizen of India and must be 21 years above.

Candidates must be physically and mentally fit.

Hello

UPSC eligibility says that to be eligible  :-

  • You must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university

  • Minimum age limit :-  21 years

  • Maximum age limit :-  32 years , there's 3 year relaxation on upper age limit for obc and of 5 years for Sc/St.

Now, you have done D Pharma which is a diploma course and thus you are not eligible for UPSC examination as to be eligible you need to be at least a graduate. So, if you want to to appear for UPSC examination you need to do a bachelor degree

Thankyou
