Yes you can join IIM after class 12. For that you will need to clear the entrance examinations  of this college. You only can go for IPM program offer only by IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak .it is a five years diploma program, that offers you to take graduation degree from IGNOU and post diploma in integrated programme in management.
