       Yes, you can apply for Btech in Computer science and engineering at Jain University. But, the better option would be appearing for the entrance examination conducted by Jain University officially. So, when you clear this exam, you will be given an all india rank, then based on that you will be called for counselling and you will be allocated a seat in which ever branch you have been qualified for.

    So, you will have a bit upper hand when entered through this entrance examination. Generally, what engineering colleges do is they first allocate the seats for the students who appear through counselling and remaining seats will be given based on 12th percentage.
