Yes you can do apply for llb after passing bcom. LLB as a degree is a very interesting and good option if you have interest in it. There are universities/colleges which offer this program. Here are some of the options:

Well, Yes you may apply for the Law course!  to aspire as a lawyer you need to give entrance exam of Law it may be a private college entrance or a government entrance exam it depends on which college you choose according to your interest ! you can chose to do a 3 LLB course! Many of students  Opt for LLB after graduation!
