Sorry I misinterpreted the question, sorry you can't give neet of 2019 as the deadline of registration has crossed. Better luck next time.

Yes, of course you can. As long as you satisfy it's lowest age eligibility criteria that is, the candidate should be 17 years of age, you can go for the neet in your 12th class too.

deadline has been crossed...he cannot apply for neet 2019 even if he meets all the criteria...advisable to edit the answer or delete
