No there is no possibility right now to apply again for AIIMS. The registration both basic as well as final, has ended and has been closed by the authorities.
There is no chance of paying the fees as of now and incase any extension in the last date will be provided, the authorities will communicate the same through the official website.
But as far as the notice is concerned, there is no such notice upoaded as of now.
So there is no option availabl, you need to wait for the next year and apply again next years.
