If you have already applied for the first round of counselling in Uttar Pradesh (despite of the fact that you did not get a seat), you do not need to register again. If a candidate has duly attended all the previous rounds of counselling, he or she does not need to register again and is eligible for the next round. If you did not attend/ register for the first round, then you need to register again and fill in fresh choices.
