Dear candidate you cannot apply by EWS certificate as the JAC conselling for UG B.Tech course is done on the basis of JEE mains marks. So the details you have putted during JEE mains registration would be taken forward in JAC counselling registration. Also you would be counted under General category in the JAC counselling process.
