see you did not mention about any particular entrance test name, the eligibility criteria for admission to diploma in engineering is candidates must have pass 10th standard exam with mathematics and science subjects or students must complete the 12th course from science stream with physics, chemistry and mathematics. there is state wise entrance test in which the marks criteria differs. some of the popular polytechnic entrance test is as follows:
