Since you have not mentioned the name of counselling so it is quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information because there are different types of counselling for different colleges and different courses so please help us with the counselling process for which you are seeking information.

If we go through your profile then it shows that you are a medicine aspirant so you might be interested in NEET UG counselling, so if you had already allotted a seat in earlier round of counselling then you cannot opt for the same college while upgradation because it won't make sense.
