Hi manish, yes you can surely apply for this quota, if any one of your guardian is serving in  paramilitary.As per your marks , you have a good chance of getting a medical seat. But it totally depend on the number of  candidate apply, as there are very few seats in these quota.So some time it happens you got the seat but some time you won't , but hope for the best .
