Hey!

Delhi University does not accept other state's OBC Certificate until and unless the candidate belongs to Non Creamy Layer of OBC's  or when the cerificate is centrally valid (i.e. all over India). So, before applying on the basis of your OBC certificate make sure that it says either it is of Non creamy layer or it hasa centralized stamp from the government of India.
