Let me clear you one thing that JEE MAINS is on January session not in February session infact it is also not happen in September session as well. Previously it was conducted by CBSE and that is also in April session as well. Since you have done your Class 12th in 2017 then with consideration of that you can definitely be able to attempt the JEE Mains in 2019 but make sure one thing that it will be your last attempt because overall you will be getting 3 attempts to write the JEE Mains examination.
