I passed 12th in 2017 and again I passed 12th with good marks in 2018 than 2017. Can I give jee mains in 2019 and 2020?

Yes u can attempt only in 2019.

If my new marks will be considered then I completed 12 th this year . So why I am not eligible for 2020 mains?

Yes you can attempt JEE Mains. Your latest (2018) board marks will be considered.
